History of WRC

WRC / About Us / History of WRC

WRC Recycling is part of a family owned and run group of businesses which include; waste management, plastics recycling, haulage and agriculture – all managed by the Capper family.

In 1998, the Capper family added a small plastics processing company to their portfolio.  Though they originally serviced the local computer manufacturing industry; as the UK’s manufacturing industry changed, WRC readily expanded into recycling more polymers and different types of recyclable goods.

Due to this expansion, WRC Recycling moved to a new purpose-built processing site in the spring of 2017.  This new site enabled the company to grow and keep up with the demands of trading at a domestic and international level.  WRC Recycling now supply businesses all over the world with high quality recyclates, keeping up to date with market changes and legal requirements.
